Refund Policy

• Scope

  This refund policy applies to all programs for self-paid and sponsored students who have paid full or partial fees.

• Refund Eligibility

  • Within 24 Hours: If a refund request is made within 24 hours of payment, 30% of the service charges and 18% GST will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • After 24 Hours: No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of payment.

• Non-Refundable Fees

  • Fees and other dues, once paid, are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Students discontinuing the course mid-way will forfeit all fees, dues, and security deposits (if any).

• Program Cancellation by Academy

  In the event that a program is canceled by the academy, a full refund will be issued, subject to deductions for GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government of India.

• Admission Cancellation

  Admission will be canceled, and fees forfeited if:
  • The admission form is incomplete.
  • Supporting documents are incomplete.
  • False or misleading documents are submitted.
  • Program eligibility criteria are not met.
  • Incorrect information (e.g., phone number) is provided.

Loan Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Period

  Student loans can be canceled within 30 days from the date of enrollment.

• Cancellation Fee

  A cancellation fee of 40% of the course fee applies if the loan is canceled within this period.

• Cancellation Process

  To initiate loan cancellation within 30 days, contact our Customer Support/Finance Department at +91 88534 06669 or collections@ralphryker.com.

• Post 30 Days

  After 30 days from enrollment, student loans are non-cancelable.
